Recharger is an independent analytical project presenting official Greek new-vehicle registration records and public charging infrastructure. It is not endorsed by the source publishers. English and Greek content share the same URLs; language is selected through the site preference.

## Interpretation rules

Registrations are new-registration flows, not circulating vehicle stock. Missing values are unavailable, not zero. Keep reporting periods, vehicle categories and denominators matched. Do not infer powertrains from all-fuel model names. Attribute registration records to the relevant SEAA source; underlying processing may be attributed to ELSTAT. Attribute charger records to Ministry MYFAH public data.

AADE prices are tax-excluded declared prices, not consumer transaction prices. European technical references do not establish Greek price or availability. First-seen charger snapshots are not installation dates. Retain source URLs, period, units and limitations when citing statistics.

External API access is disabled by default. When enabled by the operator it requires an issued API key via X-API-Key or Bearer authentication and is rate-limited. Discovery files do not grant API access. No OAuth, MCP server, commerce or automated agent registration is currently offered. Use public HTML pages for research and citations.
