Infrastructure baseline
National network growth activates after two distinct snapshots. A separate regional benchmark now compares current charging points with Eurostat’s 2023 electric passenger-car stock on matching NUTS-2 boundaries.
Evidence health
Release 4 opens three previously gated views while keeping dates, geography and source-family differences explicit.
Passenger-car, manufacturer, model, BEV and PHEV observations are reconciled from SEAA registration releases ↗. The full powertrain mix comes from SEAA’s monthly press release ↗. Charging locations, EVSEs and connectors come from the Ministry’s MYFAH public dataset ↗; regional EV stock comes from Eurostat. Current parser version: 0.5.0.
New registrations are flows, public chargers are a current infrastructure stock and the regional electric fleet denominator is a 2023 stock. The dated regional ratio is useful for coverage comparisons, but it is not a current demand, utilisation or sales measure.
